Reviews & ratings Milan - Bern
We took a train from Venice to Milan for connection to Bern. The ticket indicated that the train will arrive at 1755 in Milan and my connection was 1825. Was very upset that the train arrived at 1830 and we missed the train. They connected us from Milan to Brig and another connection from Brig to Bern which delayed a total of over 2 hours. To make matters worse, we had to seats arranged for these 2 legs and was told that if the train was full, we have to stand. Very unpleasant journey and disappointed with such connection arrangements!!
In my opinion, there is limited space for putting large luggage as train are quite full.
yes, the travel was a smooth one, effortless and enjoyable. also a bit of comfort was there in first class. i like all those people from my country who can afford the cost, should travel by rail europe.
I really enjoyed my trip with eurorail. It is really fast, my ticket was quiet cheap and the personal in the train were kind. I recommand eurorail to everyone.
short time travel from Bern to Milano; comfortable seat.
Everything perfect as expected
Wonderful train, wonderful service, very comfortable and convenient...worth of paid money
Had to get off the train, board a bus, then back on the train. No reason given why. Entered a very long tunnel and windows were left open and the diesel fumes were unbearable.
The anticipated train has been annulled. The substitutive convoy was uncomfortable and not very comforting.
