Travel inspiration in Paris and Toulouse
Paris, the capital of France
One of the world’s greatest cities, Paris! The capital of France is also known as the City of Light. This enchanting city, at the crossroads of cultures, is the capital of fashion and home to world highlights such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Avenue des Champs Elysées, to name but a few. In terms of architectural beauty, art history, events, gastronomy and sheer extravagance, Paris is a milestone ahead of any other city on earth. Paris has one of the world’s most extensive public transport systems. You can take a taxi if you are not much of an adventurer, but that would be a pity! Metro (subway or underground), buses and city bicycles are much more fun and are very easy to use, even for beginners.

Reviews & ratings Paris - Toulouse
"Excellent way to travel"Susan v.
We travelled from Paris to Blois in the Loire Valley. The train left Gare d'Austerlitz in Paris on time, was very clean, comfortable and quiet and arrived on time in Blois a couple of hours later. Getting on and off the train with our luggage was easy and there was plenty of room to store the luggage. Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
"nice and fast!"Philippe d. 23/10/2013
Fast way to get to Paris central.
"family trip Toulouse to Paris"Karen s. 14/10/2013
our family of 7 traveled from Toulouse to Paris via Bordeaux. It was a great trip. Suggestions to make it easier for future travelers would be to make it clear that there is a maximum number of people you can book at one time on-line, took a google search to find out that you can't book more than 6 people. And for passengers to be aware that the time between when the platform is announced and getting on the train can be quite tight so you need to move with army precision when in a crowd to get onto the train with baggage in time. Clean and comfortable we all enjoyed the rail journey.
"One day in Strasbourg by train"Alexandra r. 24/09/2013
I and my husband travelled from Paris to Strasbourg on 14-09-2013 for a one day visit of the city. We left Paris from Gare de l' Este in the morning at 08:20 and we returned the same day back to Paris leaving Strasbourg at 20:14. Our trip was comfortable and on time and a small problem which we had on boarding the morning train, because on the e-tickets we had we couldn't read the number of our coach was quickly solved by a very polite and helpful conductor.
"Journey from Toulouse to Paris"Why Geen k. 24/09/2013
The journey is not that comfortable due: 1) the person in front reclined the seat too far back which result in the person at the back find it difficult to stretch her legs. 2) They is a very long stopover in one of the station between Toulouse and Paris. At Toulouse station, there is not enough signage for first time travelers who are non-french speaking to locate the platform for connecting train (in this case, Paris). Otherwise is a perfect journey as the schedule is on time.
