Very comfortable and a nice experience
"Convenient, Comfortable, Cool"Bobby j. 03/11/2015
We had no difficulty booking the tickets from India. We misplaced one printout but having access to the booking reference we had no difficulty getting a ticket issued at the station. (Only do remember that such tickets need to be endorsed at the stands near the platform). The seats were comfortable. The berths for the night journey were okay. There is food available on the day trains at reasonable prices. Overall definitely recommended.

Unfortunately Wifi connection was bad. Compare to the bus the cost was too high

There were no problems. I found it inconvenient that online tickets were not available for this trip. I received very good service from the customer support on some questions I had about the tickets I received.

"Good ride". 30/03/2015
The train ride was enjoyable. Train was clean and punctual. However, for first time passengers like us, it is a bit confusing for us when the train stops at Paris Nord and we are supposed to travel on our own from paris Nord to Paris Lyon to catch another train to Zurich. Neither your train company nor the other one (TGV Lyria) mentions about this part of travelling. Luckily we found out from the hotel reception. It would be easier if the travel between paris Nord and Paris Gare Lyon were included in the package rather than we had to find our own way to get there separately. Or at least we were warned before hand that we had to do this on our own.
"Great Experience"Anupama a. 19/03/2015
I feel free to travel using Eurail pass. I donot have to wait in ticket line plus the app provided by you is perfect which guide me all the way around. I enjoyed my tripwithout any difficulty. Thank to you people for arranging the pass.
"Beautiful Ride"Jason s. 11/02/2015
This was my first trip to Europe and first time on the Thalys. The experience was very enjoyable. We booked 90 days ahead and were rewarded with Level 2 Comfort at no extra charge, seating with a table between 4 seats. The whole process from purchasing the ticket in Canada to enjoying the ride went very smoothly. My only advise is don't be late! The trains are very punctual!
