Reviews & ratings Paris - Brussels
Comfortable seats, the train left and arrived on time, clean. however; it was really annoying how we didn't find a place for our bags; when i asked the train guy what to do, he just said sorry passengers came today with big luggage...i didn't understand what i am suppose to do; i got a stuck in the train luggage area for a while before one of the passengers told me to leave the bag infront of the luggage stand and so i did.
Very nice we enjoy a lot
The trip on the Thalys Euro train from Paris to Brussels was an amazing experience, with the high speed train leaving the departing station on time and arriving slightly ahead of time as well - very punctual indeed compared to the rail service in other parts of the world. Keep up the good work. As first class passenger I was expecting better meal service with greater variety on the train. The food quality served during the trip definitely has room for improvement. Overall the seat were very comfortable, the ticketing staff
The trip was wonderful, and the seats are comfortable, with plenty of space for legs. Everything were at the time promised, the trains are very fast and most of the time you do not realise that the trains is in moviment .
We enjoyed the trip. The train was comfortable and on time.
It was a good experience. We were first time traveler. The staff was very cooperative and helped us a lot in connecting WIFI. Overall nice trip.
You can't have a better way to travel from Brussels to Paris. You can have many schedules to sit your timing. Depart from Brussels Midi station and end at Paris Nord station is a very efficient and easy way to move between these two cities. In Paris Nord station, it is easy to connect to any hotels in Paris with the metro lines. Paris has a very connected network in their metro lines.
My ticket didn't print out properly (the layout was squashed) and it was impossible to see the carriage I was supposed to be sitting in. The staff were lovely and told me to go straight to first class and they would look after me. The trip was on time, clean and comfortable. I do suggest that you look at fixing the problem with home-printed tickets, as the layout will be problematic for most people.
The train was on time, clean and comfortable. People were spread out evenly and so even though it was busy it wasn't cramped. We got there in efficient time and without a problem
No seat respect and I well naver travel with the tinea
Excellent way to travel between Brussels and Paris.... Super quick upto 300km/h meaning a 260km journey takes 1h25. Brilliant...
WiFi is free with 2nd class with Pass, bravo! A bit too expensive even with Pass, it's just a 1.5 hr trip.
We enjoyed our ride from Paris to Brussels. It was a smooth and pleasant ride - though a bit expensive. We were riding first class and the hospitality was of high standard.
Hi, i think instead of simply providing customer a ticket, you can provide 1. brussel tourist guide or atleast Metro maps for brussel (Destination station) ond also way (using photos) signboard where to catch metro from brussel to city. this really helps. 2. photos of railway station of paris (departure station) and how to reach there and also where to catch train (although one may know but providing this extra information will provide more comfort for traveller booking through your website
