Reviews & ratings Milan - Rome
Very convinient. We travelled by train between Milan and Venice, and Venice and Rome, and I can highly recommend it. No delays while all our flights had delays, no arriving 1 or 2 hours earlier as you need for domestic flights, no weight limits on luggage, and a great scenery during the relaxing trip. Highly recommended.

The train station at Milan is a bit chaotic, but once you are in the train, you will forget everything. We got a business class seat and it was absolutely worth it. Food was served as well as the journey was very hassle free. Will recommend this over airplane journey any given time.

We (myself and wife) traveled from Luzern to Rome and the trip was in two legs. First one was from Luzern to Milan and then from Milan to Rome. We chose the train as we were interested in the landscape of Switzerland and Italy on the way. It was a comfortable trip, nice and clean coaches, good seats and comfortable cabins with very less noise. Also the view was great - through the hillsides and valleys of Switzerland and the farms and houses of Italy. Overall - very good experience.

This was my first time traveling on raileurope and will certInly not be the last. I travelled from London to Paris to Milan and to my final destination Rome. The journey was as good as the vacation. Comfortable and convenient. You certainly travel in style. Thumbs up to a fantastic company.
