"Milan to Florence"Thuang Boon g. 24/12/2014
Tickets were booked abt 2mths early at a good price. No schedule change allowed is the only restriction. Arrived at the train station abt 2.5hrs early so I have to wait for my train although there were 2 trains departed to Florence before mine. The cabin was comfortable and overall very happy taking train instead of driving. Perhaps more english newspaper could be available on board.
"First Class"Wai Yan c. 06/12/2014
First Class seating is very comfy, and there is free espresso and snack, newspaper. Satisfied! If free WIFI is available that's better

Very convenient, not-expensive and fast. Slight delay still better option than flight. Will use in future.

"booking process"Robert p. 14/11/2014
The train itself was fine, but the station is chaotic and confusing. The booking process does not make any sense to me...there are too many steps for what should be a very simple experience.

Wish there was more room for baggage, but not a deal breaker by any means.
"Strike while we were travellin"Bhavna n. 13/10/2014
There was a strike on at the time though we still managed to get to Pisa, our train that we were scheduled to come back on however was cancelled so we just jumped on the next train to Florence because we had an open ticket. not too inconvenient though you do stress a bit in case you cant get back
The train ride was pleasant and on schedule.
