Reviews & ratings Milan - Florence
"Paris to Milan"Ivan t.
Transport personnel in Paris terminal assisting us were great. Great overland trip from Paris to Milan. On board personnel were very good.
"Value for money!"Ra b. 27/11/2013
Five of us travelled from Venice to Milan with lots of luggage. We booked 2nd class so didn't expect any help with our luggage. We have a motto "only take what you can carry yourself" The luggage rack area was safe and easily accessible. We had seats facing each other with a table which was ideal. Comfy seats, plenty of room was just what we needed. The online booking was so simple. Will definitely recommend.
"Excellent trip"Eileen c. 26/11/2013
Very relaxing journey between Florence and Rome. The staff on the train were very helpful and polite and the train was on time at every point. Station facilities were excellent and booking the trip online was very straightforward.
"Excellent scenery"Kazunori k. 20/11/2013
It was a nice journy from Milan to Zurich and train staff was very familiar. More cleanliness is needed, for example full trash boxes.

Relaxed and enjoyed the scenery on the comfortable, high-speed trip Florence to Venice. Personnel were nice and helpful; train was on time and easy to board and exit.
"Train from Florence to Milan"Gerald s. 04/11/2013
The train is very clean and seats are comfortable. Most importantly, they are always very punctual. I realise it is cheaper to buy the ticket on-line before travel and not when you are there. The price difference can be quite great.
"A wonderful experience"Wilfredo s. 01/11/2013
my family travelled in comfort and style from Firenze to Roma in a business class, and I paid for the tickets from special offers months ago, and these are worth it !
"RailEuropememorable experience"Satyanarayana p. 01/11/2013
I wanted to see Leonardo's painting 'The last supper'. I got my guided tour reserved for 22/09/2013 at 10 am. I booked my Rail-Europe tickets Firenge to Milan at 7 am and back at 13-15 pm by 2nd class each for 17 Euros, from India. It was a tight trip and I was tense weather I can make it. The trains were on time and I could fulfill my long cherished dream of watching Leonardo's magnum opus. Thanks to Rail-Europe for its prompt service at an affordable price.
"firenze-paris overnight train"Helen s. 29/10/2013
The journey could have been much more comfortable had one of us not been allocated the lower couchette. It is impossible to get a good night's sleep when part of the bed protrudes. We brought this to the attention of the steward but there was nothing she could do. It is the design of the seat. Also the blind on the door window would not close so light was coming in from the corridor. The steward in the dining car tried twice to short change us at breakfast so remember to check your change.. However, we would take the train again as it is so much better than flying.
"Flrence - Venice - Mestre - Mi"Lachman b. 28/10/2013
Rail in Europe is a wonderful way to travel the trains on all our journeys were clean and prompt. The only point is at Mestre Station there is no lift to move your luggage as family we have 4 pcs of luggage that becomes a problem lugging it down and then up. The porter service is available but at a fee not base on personal gratuity. Otherwise a great way to travel
"smooth trip good service"Enigul s. 28/10/2013
The train from Padova to Plorence was clean and organizrd, very pleasant rip. I wish ther could be a way of knowing whether the seat faces forward or back when the reservation is made. I can not ride facing back
"TORINO TO FLORENCE"Enigul s. 27/10/2013
VERY COMFORTABLE EXCELLENT VALUE ON TIME

The train journey was smooth and comfortable and one of the best way to enjoy the views of the country side. This is my second trip within 5 months from Rome to Florence by train and would do this again if ever I will be visiting Florence again
