    Irresponbile for my request for documentary proof of train service disruption and refund of appropriate of fare due to disruption of train service and continue the journey but by coach.

    We purchased 1st class seating, but our seats did not recline because of the seats behind us. It made the trip very uncomfortable. I was disappointed and did not feel that I received a better value than coach seating.
