"No on board assistance"Lynette d. 04/07/2014
Also could have had more assistance on the train in terms of where you store luggage, assisting with seat allocations as you normally had to ask someone to move from your allocated seat.

I bought a first class ticket for my trip from Brussels to Cologne. The price was great and it was an excellent value. They offered food and drink, the seats were plush and comfortable and the train ride was smooth and relaxing.
"Tiny Thalys "Ayala s. 19/10/2013
The service is fine, but the train itself feels overcrowded, especially concerning the very small luggage space, which is always full and usually very far from the seat. Situated next to the exit, these luggage compartments do not feel secure at all. The price is not cheap, but it is a fast train, relatively comfortable. The sockets next to each seat are a very good feature, and the bar is not too expensive, offering surprisingly fresh croissants!
"wonderful"Nigel v. 10/09/2013
This is what I am talking about a company that delivers great service and comfort. 1st class is wonderful a choice of free breakfast comfy reclining seats and free wi-fi. I slept most of the journey which was exceptional value for money. I actually wished I stayed on until Paris! Well done Thalys x
