"Comfortable train ride"Nurhuda Binte j.
It was the first time taking Thalys from Amsterdam to Paris and it was a nice experience. It was comfortable. Since we booked our tickets in advanced, it was value for money and we were allocated to seats that we wanted.
"Great Trip"Jason b. 28/10/2013
Took the train from Paris to Amsterdam for the second leg of our trip. The train is smooth and fast. We had a nice surprise of food included in the premiere class. It wasn't expected which was nice, but wished it were hot food (cold chicken didn't seem that appealing - maybe stick to sandwiches). But nonetheless Thalys always delivers us to our destination on time and budget!

The train journey from Paris to Amsterdam was very good and we enjoyed the views of the places along the journey. The train was packed with passengers but there is enough rooms to put your extra luggage, in case you need it. .

"First time on Thalys"Sophia h. 17/10/2013
I recently traveled from Amsterdam to Paris on Thalys (visiting from the US). I booked the Semi-Flex class 1 fair, which was the same price as the as the class 2 fair. I really was not sure what the difference was, but class 1 sounded pretty good. Well, I was glad I did. We had large seats, charging stations for our phone, free wifi, and breakfast. It was definitely worth the value and the ride was very pleasant (minus this woman across from me who complained about every little thing.) Next time I'm in the area, I will book Thalys again!

The train and the facilities were very good. The travel was worth for the money paid. However one item needs to be addresssed by the administration. There were many reserved ticket holders without seat numbers. As a tourist and speaking foreign language they were stranded with their luggages with no guidance on where to go. This can be avoided in future.
