How to activate the OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card?

Once you have booked your OMNIA Vatican and Rome Card on our website, you will receive a voucher by mail. You must exchange your voucher at a designated location within 6 months from date of purchase.

Please take picture ID, passport or driving licence when you pick up your pass. You may not be able to collect your pass without these documents.

1. O.R.P. - Piazza Pio XII, 9 (St Peter’s Basilica)
Open: Monday to Saturday 08.30 – 16.00 / Sunday 09.00 – 16:00
Public Holidays: 24th December: 09:00 - 16:00; 25th December 09:00 - 13:00; 26th December 09:00 - 16:00; 31st December 09:00 - 16:00; 1st January 11:00 - 16:00
Directions: Metro: Ottaviano (Line A) - walk down Via Ottaviano and Via di’Porta Angelica into St Peter’s Square. OR Hop-on Hop-off Bus Stop: St Peter’s. The ORP office is in the back left hand corner of the square.

2. O.R.P. - Piazza di Porta S.Giovanni (St John in the Lateran Basilica)
Open: Monday to Sunday 09.00 - 16.00
Directions: Metro: San Giovanni (Line A) OR Hop-on Hop-off Bus Stop: San Giovanni / St John in the Lateran. The ORP office is inside the Basilica of St John on the right side after the police control.

3. O.R.P. - Largo Argentina, Via dei Cestari 21 (Pantheon)
Open: Monday to Sunday 10.00 – 16.00
