Regensburg is a city located in the south east of Germany. It is one of the largest cities of the Bavarian region, a UNESCO World heritage site and among the top travel destinations in Germany. Regensburg is home to numerous landmarks. The city lies at the confluence of river Danube, Naab, and Regen.

The first thing to do is to visit the Old Town of Regensburg. You will discover a fine example of medieval buildings. The Dom cathedral is located there.
