Customer reviews

  • "Excellent Experience"

      Ai Luan p.
Very convenience and value for money for our Paris-London trip.
  • "confusing"

      Lynda Marie w.  22/11/2013
T he train we got on at Lille was two trains joined together which made it very confusing when trying to find the coach we were in nearly missed the train trying to find the right coach. and when we arrived in Paris the signs for the underground trains are really poor we expected better from such a large city. Arriving back at St Pancras in London the difference is startling even if you are a visitor and don,t know much of the language you would find where you are going much easier.
  • "Excellent Service"

      Tausif k.  18/11/2013
Me and my family travelled to on Train from paris to London and Rome to Venice. Bought the tickets on line from Pakistan, every thing was very convenient and excellent service.
  • "A great way to travel to Franc"

      Susan v.  29/10/2013
We recently travelled as a family from London to Paris via the Eurostar. The train left London St-Pancras station on time and arrived into Paris' Gare du Nord on time. The train was smooth, clean and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Railway staff at St-Pancras assisted passengers with their luggage when certain luggage areas filled up. The food at the on board restaurant car was perfectly adequate and there was a reasonable variety. We wouldn't hesitate to travel on board the Eurostar from London to Paris again.
  • "Convenience"

      Colin m.  29/10/2013
The best way to travel from Paris to London and visa versa. It would be great if you could get a forward facing seat when you make an early booking. We do not like travelling backwards.
  • "First London to Paris trip"

      Wei Xiong c.  22/10/2013
Our first Eurostar travel from London to Paris. Very convenient, fast and you get to enjoy some view of the country side. Would like to try out a quieter cabin next time.

This was my first time traveling on raileurope and will certInly not be the last. I travelled from London to Paris to Milan and to my final destination Rome. The journey was as good as the vacation. Comfortable and convenient. You certainly travel in style. Thumbs up to a fantastic company.
  • "Paris To London"

  • "Eurostar - Paris to London"

      Davaraj Balasingh s.  23/09/2013
Since I had arrived earlier at the station, I tried to get on an earlier train. However could not do so as the ticket from Raileurope was non transferable or exchangeable. Apart from this small hitch, the journey was pleasant. Train left on time and arrived on time. If only you could recline the seat, the trip would have been much more enjoyable.
  • "Simple and fast"

      Davaraj Balasingh s.  22/09/2013
