  • "Comfortable trip"
It will be much better if have free wifi on the train.
  • "Comfortable train travel"
We travelled from Paris to Laussane it was on time, very comfortable, the lunch was of a high standard and the staff offered a high standard of service.
  • "Travel from Paris to Lausanne"
The trip was good and the train was comfortable. The only issue we faced was at Gare De Lyon station (Paris) as the train arrived a few minutes late and the escalator was not working. So, it was difficult to lift all my baggage's and board the train. Also, the there was no marking on the coach (ours was coach 6). I had to get hold of an official on the platform (who was not speaking English)to let us know which is coach 6.
  • "Gare Lyon-Lausanne"
My trip for the above is very good. Ground staff were helpful this time, seats were comfortable, convenient and price was reasonable. The cabins however were not clean. Lots of rubbish fell in between and quite dusty, rather unsightly. Regards, Lyn
  • "poor service"
We were among the first to walk up to the train, and almost the last to board. We'd printed out tickets from home, and somehow the electronic format made the train number (turned out to be 11) unreadable. We were sent by one attendee down to speak to another ("he should be right outside"), that we had to wait 15 minutes for him to try scanning our document. Turned out we were all the way back at the front, and that the door there was broken. We ended up having to walk through two sections of first class to reach our second class seats, lugging large luggage with us the whole way. On arriving at our seating, we discovered that my wife and I weren't even seated next to each other, even though we bought the tickets 2 months before!
  • "Nice rail system"
I think the quality of Rail Europe is very good. But I still have to suggest the "Toilet Flush" indication need to be clearly. When I used the toilet, me and my friends take a few time to find the flush button. Thx
  • "5 -Day Trip"
It was the second time that we had taken a Swiss Rail Pass. It turned out to be quite convenient as we had to travel between Geneva, Lusanne, and Zurich, for the 5 days that we spent in Switzerland. What makes ths Pass even better is that it is valid for any mode of public transport, with the only exception being the Metro in Lusanne.
  • "Super TGV fron Lausanne to Par"
We had a wonderful trip from Lausanne to Paris in TGV. Bang on Time every time. Wonderful crew. Smooth reservations thru web. Seats allotted together for family. Surprisingly the fare was higher from Paris to Lausanne than from Lausanne to Paris. The fare is the only thing which is on the higher side i thought. Other wise a great travel. Would travel in TGV Lyria again.
  • "Good "
    The trains were good .
  • "First class travel"
It has been an absolute joy travelling in this trip. 4-hour journey ended quickly with no disruption. One of the best travelling experiences i have had.
  • "Could be better"
Notwithstanding the delay of more than 20 minutes to Lausanne, the trip was generally comfortable. The staff are professional and quite helpful.
  • "Not Bad"
Trip was nice, Trains were punctual and clean - this is the only trans-europ trip I have taken so I don't have much to compare it to, but if I was going from country to country again I would definately consider using the TGV service again
  • "Not perfect - but cheap!"
The trip didn't start well - after walking the length of the train to our allocated coach at the rear, we were then ordered off (in French, no translation) and told that the rear half of the train wasn't being used. Having then found unreserved seats after hauling our heavy luggage into the front of the train, half way through the journey, we were once again removed from our seats and told to sit in ones that corresponded to the seat numbers in our original carriage. On top of that, the train left 15 minutes late. But to be fair, the driver did make up a few minutes in the course of the journey, so we didn't arrive too late in Paris. Overall impression - confirms the usual attitude and performance of French railways.
  • "GOOD"
    GOOD
  • "Within EXpectations"
Preferred mode to air travel between Lausanne and Paris. Breakfast on-board was a nice surprise and it was good. No Wi-Fi, though read somewhere it was available. Seats were really comfy and the ride was quiet. All in, satisfaction for the price paid.
